General Engineering Division Information
 The Engineering Division serves as a liaison for the Utility Department between other City departments, divisions, outside agencies, and the public for coordination of electric and water infrastructure activities. We provide technical and professional engineering services including: Surveying, Design, Computer Aided Drafting (CAD), Global Positioning Systems (GPS), Graphic Information Systems (GIS), Construction Management, and Mapping of the our Electric and Water improvement projects.
