The Utilities Department Standard Plans and Specifications are available from the Document Center on the left menu under the Quick Links heading. We have moved these here in order to provide you with a central document center to access all available city applications, documents, maps, and permits.

From the Document Center select "City Documents" then go to "Construction Standards."
