Grand Island, Neb. — The Grand Island Public Library’s 22nd-Annual Bear Fair is officially set for Monday, April 14.

The Bear Fair is a health and safety informational fair for preschoolers and their families and will be open from both 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. and 4:30 p.m. to 7 p.m. Preschool-aged children and their families can take part in FREE and fun educational activities that include early literacy, health and safety information from local agencies and organizations.

Children are encouraged to bring a favorite teddy bear or other stuffed animal to accompany them through the stations. Stuffed animals will be available to children who do not have one (while supplies last). No registration is required.
