Heartland Practical Shooters Restructure Meeting
Heartland Practical Shooters will be having a 2 hour meeting to start the discussion on various topics to restructure our club to help facilitate growth to both our club and the shooting sports. This meeting will be held remotely through Zoom. We will be spending 15 minutes each on 8 specific topics. This will be to get a conversation started and we will reconvene at a later date and time for each topic to discuss them further.
The topics we will be addressing will be:
- Steel Challenge
- USPSA
- 3 Gun
- Budget and Prop acquisition
- New Shooter Program
- Growing volunteer base
- Community Outreach
- Other inquiries or areas of concern.
This will be a public meeting we encourage any and all volunteers, staff, and shooters of all experience to help with the conversation. This meeting will be recorded for us to reference back if needed and to be able to send to club members who are unable to attend.
