In scientific terms, sublimation is the transition of a substance directly from a solid-state to a gas state. It does not pass through the usual liquid state, and only occurs at specific temperatures and pressures. Students will create an image with Sawgrass Creative Studio and use a sublimation printer and paper to put their project on a 4-by-4-inch coaster or a license plate blank. Limit eight students.

Cost: $5 for the class plus $2 each for coasters, $5 for a set of four coasters or $4 for license plates
