Everyone is an artist!  The Grand Island Public Library is proud to present our annual Community Art Show.  The Library invites all artists age 18 and older to enter up to two pieces of art for this non-juried show. 

 

The submission period for artwork is Monday, September 9, through Thursday, September 12, 2024.  An Artists’ Reception will be held Sunday, September 15, from 2-4 PM.    The Library asks that artists pick up their art between Monday, October 28 and Friday, November 1, 2024. 

 

Registration form and show rules can be picked up at the Library circulation desk or emailed to the artist by contacting Jeanne Simons at 308-385-5333 ext. 118 or jeannes@gilibrary.org.  Please contact Jeanne if you have any questions about the art show or need alternative drop-off or pick-up times.

 

The Community Art Show will be available for public viewing in the Library’s Art Alcove beginning Saturday, September 14, 2024, through Sunday, October 29, 2024, during regular business hours.
