Celebrate Dr. Seuss's Birthday Week and Read Across America!

Join us in celebrating Dr. Seuss’s birthday February 25th-March 2nd! We will celebrate Dr. Seuss’s birthday during our regular scheduled library programs!
• Lapsits on Monday, February 25th at 10:15 A.M
• Baby Lapsits on Tuesday, February 26th at 10:15 A.M.
• Pajama Time on Tuesday, February 27th at 7:00 P.M.
• StoryTime on Wednesday, February 28th at 10:15 A.M.
• Bilingual StoryTime on Saturday, March 2nd from 10:15-11:15 A.M.


Saturday, March 2nd, Dr. Seuss’s birthday, the library will have a SPECIAL program during our regular scheduled Bilingual StoryTime from 10:15-11:15 A.M. for kids, ages preschool through fourth grade in Bookingham Palace. Children can sing Happy Birthday to Dr. Seuss, have a special Dr. Seuss treat, make a craft, and of course listen to Dr. Seuss stories. Kids are encouraged to wear their Dr. Seuss hats.
Dr. Seuss’s birthday is an initiative of NEA, National Education Association and NEA's Read Across America Initiative is an annual reading motivation and awareness program that calls for every child in every community to celebrate reading on March 2, the birthday of beloved children's author Dr. Seuss.
