The Hall County Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) is holding a Basic Training Course at the historic Stuhr Museum from 9am-4pm Saturdays March 2, 9, and 16. Learn basic skills in personal preparedness, fire safety, light search & rescue, and disaster first aid. Become a member of the team that is trained and ready to help Hall County residents and neighborhoods in a disaster.
Free and open to adults and teens, CERT training provides great education and skills that have saved lives throughout the United States. Developed to strengthen a community's self-reliance, every-day people just like you are trained in the basics of disaseter response. After graduating from the CERT program, you are eligible to become a member of the Hall County CERT volunteer team. Teen graduates can help establish the new Hall County Teen CERT.
