Teen Tech Week

Teen Tech Week is March 10-16th, 2013 at the Grand Island Public Library located at 211 N.Washington St.

All week teens can come to the library to use our computers, free wifi, and check out all of the cool technology that is offered including: free e-books, audiobooks, CDs, DVDs, databases, and free homework help. In addition, the library has a wireless flat screen to watch movies in the teen area.

The Grand Island Public Library will offer two programs for teens ages 11-18 this week: 
    Wednesday, March 13 Come watch a teen movie about a dog that dies and comes back to life from 6:30-8:00 PM. Snacks will be provided and teens will make a cool device cover during the movie.


    Saturday, March 16 teens ages 11-18 can come to the library for “Donuts and Devices” Program. It will be held from 11:30 a.m. to12:15 p.m. Teens can bring in tech devices and share websites, book recommendations, ideas, aps, and enjoy free smoothies, coffee, and donuts.
