Baby and Toddler Lapsits meet on Tuesday mornings at 10:15 A.M. in Bookingham Palace.  This program incorporates books, music, fingerplays, puppets, educational toys, as well as lots of fun socializing with other children and their caregivers.  This program is for babies and toddlers up to two years of age.  This program models the American Library Association's Every Child Ready to Read Initiative.
