Grand Island City Council approved ordinance No. 9646 on August 29, 2017, this ordinance imposes an additional fee on vehicles registered in the city of Grand Island effective November 1, 2017. The fee is paid to the County Treasurer of Hall County, Nebraska and shall be credited to the Streets Fund of the City.
