The City of Grand Island Public Works Department is planning curb ramp improvements on Faidley Avenue between Custer Avenue to Broadwell Avenue.  Construction for the curb ramp improvements is scheduled for Summer 2017.  The following intersections are included with this project:

The City of Grand Island has an on-going curb ramp program to upgrade public sidewalk ramps to conform to American with Disabilities Act (ADA).  This project is a continuation of the curb ramp program. 

Grand Island City Council approved the bid contract to Galvan Construction, Inc. of Grand Island, Nebraska on March 14, 2017 in the amount of $109,540.99.
