On May 9, 2017 City Council approved the Certificate of Final Completion for the Yard Sprinkler Systems - Reconstruct; Project 2016-WWTP-2 at the Wastewater Treatment Plant with Tilley Sprinklers & Landscaping of Grand Island, Nebraska.  Total Cost of Yard Sprinkler Systems-Reconstruct Project 2016-WWTP-2 was $34,837.33.
