The City of Grand Island has an on-going curb ramp program to upgrade public sidewalk ramps to conform to American with Disabilities Act (ADA).  This project is a continuation of the curb ramp program.   Construction for the curb ramp improvements is scheduled for Summer 2020.

On September 8, 2020, via Resolution No. 2020-216, Grand Island City Council approved the Certificate of Final Completion for Annual Curb Ramp; Project No. 2020-CR-1 in the total amount of $128,865.82.
