Preferred Hauler Program
The Preferred Hauler Program is an affiliation between hauler companies and the City on a standardized way of cleaning, documenting, hauling, and disposal of commercial grease interceptor waste to mitigate FOG from entering the sanitary sewers.
It will soon be a requirement by law for all FSEs within City Limit to utilize only companies that are part of this program to clean and pump out their grease interceptors.
Exceptions can be made if the establishment can maintain their own grease interceptor under a certain size. This will be determined by the City.
If you are interested in joining the program, please call 308-646-6544 or send an email to danac@grand-island.com
