The Unified Planning Work Program (UPWP) is a federally required document that describes how the federal Consolidated Planning Grant (CPG) funds allocated to the GIAMPO will be used and what planning activities the MPO staff will undertake for the state fiscal year.  The UPWP is developed by the MPO staff with input from local governments and the Nebraska Department of Transportation (NDOT).  A new UPWP is produced each year.  In addition to describing the current work expected to be done by the MPO, the UPWP also describes the previous year's accomplishments.
