This plan is developed each year and outlines the street improvement projects that are active this year and planned for the next six years.  The Nebraska Board of Public Roads, Classifications, and Standards requires that the Department of Transportation, each Municipality, and each County within the State  develop and file a One- and Six- Year Plan of highway, road, and street improvements.
