From day one, Grand Island Police Chief Kevin Denney has prioritized community policing in the way he chooses to run his police department. From that desire to be one with the community, "The Business Beat" was born.

This monthly video series highlights our local business by having Chief Denney sit down with the owner to learn about the business' roots, but then to be put to work! The end result is a new community relationship and the understanding that the police department is doing everything it can to best serve its community.
