The Grand Island City Utilities Customer Service Center is located at 1306 W 3rd Street. The Customer Service Center features a private customer service area, cashier window with ADA accommodations, adequate and convenient parking, staffed drive-up window, and an after hours drop box next to the drive-up window.

All utility accounts are billed on a monthly basis on actual meter readings when meters are accessible. Water meters that do not have remote reading devices are read quarterly and are minimum estimated on the non-read months. If you would like to have a remote read type water meter, please contact the Water Division here for a price quote.
