The Engineering Division, which is located on the North end of the Customer Service Center, serves as a liaison for the Utility Department between other City departments, divisions, outside agencies, and the public for coordination of electric and water infrastructure activities. We provide technical and professional engineering services including: Surveying, Design, Computer-Aided Drafting (CAD), Global Positioning Systems (GPS), Geographic Information Systems (GIS), Construction Management, and Mapping of Electric and Water improvement projects.
