The Nebraska Lineworkers Rodeo has been hosted by the City of Grand Island Utilities  Department at the Nebraska State Fair, and it now takes place in Broken Bow annually. Lineworkers from the entire state of Nebraska attend and compete in the rodeo. The public is invited to attend and learn about what lineworkers do to provide electricity.
