Sidewalk Cost Share Program
On August 27, 2019, via Resolution No. 2019-267, City Council approved a cost share sidewalk repair program for single family residential properties to improve pedestrian safety and continue efforts to comply with applicable law.
The Sidewalk Assistance Program will address the repair of broken and/or ADA deficient sidewalks and construct segments of sidewalk to fill in the network along streets within the City of Grand Island.

Fiscal Year 2022 resulted in a total sidewalk repair program cost of $14,414.45.
