In 2001, O’Neill graduated from Central Community College with an Associates of Applied Science degree. He also attended several technical courses at Bellevue University and holds several technical certifications from CompTIA and Microsoft.

Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association, Third City Sertoma, Grand Island Saddle Club and the Hall County Airport Authority Board.
Reason for Running for Public Office:
I'm a lifelong Grand Island resident and I love our city. We need to develop projects for youth to prosper and have more to do in Grand Island, attract more people to live and work in Grand Island, and also be cognizant of city spending to help manage our property taxes.

My better half Jody, and her two boys, stepdaughter, and 1 grandson.
