The citizen volunteer or group is asked to maintain the area at least twice per year, but we won't mind if cleaned more frequently!
Who qualifies to adopt?

May we choose which segment of roadway or detention cell we want to adopt?
Yes! Groups are encouraged to select an area near their homes, schools or meeting places. Requesting a certain area may be granted if possible, however cannot be guaranteed.
How often do we have to clean it?
There is a minimum two time per year clean up. Once in the Spring and during City-wide Clean-up.
Will we get paid?
Based on grant funding some groups may qualify for payment of $50/mile that includes both sides of the roadway or $10 per acre.
