Conestoga Marketplace Enhanced Employment Act (EEA) Occupation Tax
Grand Island City Council approved ordinance No. 9909 on December 20, 2022, this ordinance imposes a 1.5% occupation tax on persons operating a General Retail Business within the Conestoga Marketplace Enhanced Employment Act (EEA) Area effective May 1, 2023.
