Oil & Grease Extractor
This unit is used for testing in the laboratory of the Wastewater Treatment Plant and will provide backup for the existing machine, while preventing costly testing and permit violations.
On January 14, 2025, via Resolution No. 2025-9, City Council approved the purchase of an Automated Oil & Grease Solid Phase Extraction (SPE) System for the Wastewater Treatment Plant from Biotage, LLC of Charlotte, North Carolina in the amount of $64,438.53.
