Grand Island, Neb. — Coffee is an important part of everyday life, and this month’s Cooking the Books book club is all about this staple beverage.
Whether your recipe uses coffee or is just best served with it, this is the time to bring it to share. Please note, this month’s Cooking the Books will be hosted by special guests Pham’s Coffee & Boba at their new location at 2237 N. Webb Road in Grand Island. The book club will meet at noon on Saturday, January 18.
If you are a fan of food, cooking and trying new recipes, you will enjoy Cooking the Books. Participants will select a cookbook or other recipe, test it (or a few) and bring one of their creations to share with the group. Members will then discuss their cookbooks, the recipes, the cooking experience and more.
