Painting With Jill

Grand Island, Neb. — Throughout the year, local high school and middle school students experience various breaks from the school year calendar, and that’s where the staff at the Grand Island Public Library steps in.

GIPL prides itself on offering special teen events during these breaks, and Valentine’s Day is the next chance at this unique programming. Jill Canfield from Arts and Draft will be featured at the library as she hosts a special teens painting class.

Canfield is a returning artist for the library, and the teens who have attended her previous sessions have raved about her guided painting events. “Painting with Jill” will be held at the Grand Island Public library on Friday, February 14 at 2 p.m. Space is limited, and individuals may register online at https://gilibrary.events.mylibrary.digital/ or by calling the library during open hours at (308) 385-5333.
