Inner Fitness

Grand Island, Neb. — As we journey through life as perfectly imperfect human beings, we all face hurts, upsets, disappointments and challenges that are difficult to manage.

Join instructor Mary Ann Kalinay in “Exploring Inner Fitness” to become aware of how our beliefs, mind, thoughts, attitudes, perceptions and emotions influence how we manage life. We will develop strategies, techniques and other resources to strengthen our inner fitness muscles to improve our response to life’s challenges.

There will be three individual sessions of “Exploring Inner Fitness.” Participants should choose only one date when registering, as this will be a single-session class. Sessions will be Wednesdays at 1 p.m. on April 2, May 7, June 4 and July 2 at the Grand Island Public Library. You can register online at: https://gilibrary.events.mylibrary.digital.
